Gene and Virginia Hall Exhibit Building

Booth space for rent in our climate-controlled exhibit building. All fairgoers are routed through this location, giving you guaranteed exposure. Free booth space is offered to all non-profit and youth groups.

How to Register:

• Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of your exhibitor registration form
• US Mail only — we do not accept email or phone registration
• Confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your form

Setup & Teardown:

• Setup: Weekend before fair — Friday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Teardown: Sunday after fair — 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Promotional Passport: Participating booths are included in the fair passport program. Fairgoers collect stamps at each booth for a chance to win a big screen TV on Saturday night!
